Proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells are widely considered as potential alternative energy candidates for internal combustion engines because of their low-temperature start, high energy density, and ease of scale up. However, their low hydrogen utilization rate is one of the main reasons for the limited commercial development. This study focuses on improving the hydrogen utilization rate of PEM fuel cells and system efficiency using optimal active recirculation system (ARS). An anode ARS and purging strategy are introduced to enhance the hydrogen utilization rate of PEM fuel cells. An ARS simulation model with purge strategy model is developed in a MATLAB/Simulink environment. A control-oriented dynamic model is developed to study the hydrogen recirculation system characteristics. The dynamic model is used as basis to propose a proportional integration differentiation controller to maintain the anode hydrogen concentration and increase the hydrogen utilization rate. Several experiments are performed using different purging strategies in conjunction with ARS. The hydrogen utilization rate is the highest when the purge time is 0.3 s and the purge period is 10 s. Simulation results show that the PEM fuel cells with an anode recirculation configuration exhibit a better performance than other configurations in terms of hydrogen utilization. The existing analytical average bit error rate (ABER) expression of conventional generalised spatial modulation (CGSM) does not agree well with the Monte Carlo simulation results in the low signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR) region. Hence, the first contribution of this paper is to derive a new and easy way to evaluate analytical ABER expression that improves the validation of the simulation results at low SNRs. Secondly, a novel system termed CGSM with enhanced spectral efficiency (CGSM‐ESE) is presented. This system is realised by applying a rotation angle to one of the two active transmit antennas. As a result, the overall spectral efficiency is increased by 1 bit/s/Hz when compared with the equivalent CGSM system. In order to validate the simulation results of CGSM‐ESE, the third contribution is to derive an analytical ABER expression. Finally, to improve the ABER performance of CGSM‐ESE, three link adaptation algorithms are developed. By assuming full knowledge of the channel at the receiver, the proposed algorithms select a subset of channel gain vector (CGV) pairs based on the Euclidean distance between all CGV pairs, CGV splitting, CGV amplitudes, or a combination of these. 相似文献

The problem of controlling three-phase shunt active power filters (SAPF) is addressed in presence of nonlinear loads. Previous works generally design control for SAPF based on standard models that assume the involved magnetic coil to be linear. In reality, the magnetic characteristics of these components are nonlinear (especially in the presence of large magnetic flux density in the ferromagnetic core). In this paper, a new oriented control model for SAPF-load system, taking into account for the nonlinearity of coil characteristics, is developed. The control objective is twofold: (i) compensating for the current harmonics and the reactive power absorbed by the nonlinear load; (ii) regulating the inverter DC capacitor voltage. To this end, based on the new model, a nonlinear controller is developed, using the backstepping technical design. It is therefore able to ensure good performances over a wide range of variation of the load current. Moreover, the controller is made adaptive for compensating the uncertainty on the switching loss power. The performances of the proposed adaptive controller are formally analyzed using tools from the Lyapunov stability and the averaging theory. 可信技术正在从被动可信度量向着下一代的主动可信监控方向发展,要求TPM/TCM模块有能力主动度量和干预主机系统,传统的TPM/TCM从架构和运行机制等方面都无法满足这种能力.TEE(trusted executionenvironment)技术提供了可信执行环境和主动访控能力,为构建下一代TPM/TCM提供了基本平台,但还存在系统结构、存储以及通信等多方面挑战.提出基于ARM平台TrustZone机制的TZTCM方案,通过分核异步系统架构解决TZTCM独立可信运行和主动可信安全监控问题,基于PUF(physical unclonable functions)安全存储机制和基于UUID(universally unique identifier)的TEE安全通信机制,解决了TEE环境下可信平台模块的存储安全和通信安全问题,为设计实现主动可信TPM/TCM给出了理论和实践参考.通过实验验证了所提关键机制的有效性,实验结果表明,TZTCM在密码计算能力上较常见TPM也有很大提升.TZTCM只需要在系统中增加或修改相应的软/固件,除了主动可信监控能力,还具有低成本、高性能、低功耗、易升级等特点,相对传统TPM/TCM具有非常明显的优势. 相似文献

The three-phase four-wire shunt active power filter (SAPF) was developed to suppress the harmonic currents generated by nonlinear loads, and for the compensation of unbalanced nonlinear load currents, reactive power, and the harmonic neutral current. In this work, we consider instantaneous reactive power theory (PQ theory) for reference current identification based on the following two algorithms: the classic low-pass filter (LPF) and the second-order generalized integrator (SOGI) filter. Furthermore, since an important process in SAPF control is the regulation of the DC bus voltage at the capacitor, a new controller based on the Lyapunov function is also proposed. A complete simulation of the resultant active filtering system confirms its validity, which uses the SOGI filter to extract the reference currents from the distorted line currents, compared with the traditional PQ theory based on LPF. In addition, the simulation performed also demonstrates the superiority of the proposed approach, for DC bus voltage control based on the Lyapunov function, compared with the traditional proportional-integral (PI) controller. Both novel approaches contribute towards an improvement in the overall performance of the system, which consists of a small rise and settling time, a very low or nonexistent overshoot, and the minimization of the total harmonic distortion (THD). 相似文献

通过柴油发动机台架,采用后喷助燃的再生方式研究了主动再生过程中柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)出口的颗粒排放特性.结果表明:在主动再生期间,DPF出口颗粒浓度可增加2~3个数量级;在升温过程和再生过程,出口颗粒物数量浓度和粒径分布会因为碳载量和再生温度的共同作用而表现出差异;升温过程中,10 nm左右核模态颗粒物的排放主要由来流中颗粒物的穿透引起;再生过程中,10 nm左右核模态颗粒物的排放主要由碳烟颗粒层氧化反应生成的二次颗粒逃逸引起;整个再生期间,100 nm左右的积聚态颗粒物的排放主要由DPF载体内碳烟颗粒的逃逸引起. 相似文献

The graphene nanosheets are synthesized by modified Hummer's method, based on which the dual active metals Ni and Al doped graphene composites are prepared through in-suit reaction and self-assembly with high-temperature reduction process. The molecular structure, morphology and specific surface area of graphene nanosheets are characterized systematically. The phase composition, surface morphology and hydrogen storage properties of dual active metals Ni and Al doped graphene composites are further investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and gas reaction controller. Results show that the graphene nanosheets have typical graphene feature, whose transparent graphene edges can be observed clearly, and the specific surface area is as high as 604.2 m2 g−1. The Ni and Al doped graphene composites are composed with Ni, Al and C phases, which have high hydrogen storage capacity and excellent hydriding/dehydriding stabilities. The maximum hydrogen storage uptake of such composites is up to 5.7 wt% at 473 K, and the dehydriding efficiency is high as 96%∼97% at the dehydriding temperature of 380 K. The hydrogen adsorption and desorption rate control step of the Ni and Al doped graphene composites is complied to the nucleation and two-dimensional growth mechanism. 相似文献
